THE MASTER PLAN

Herencia is a premier project conceptualized and curated for aspiring homeowners looking for a well-organized gated community at the edge of the city in a quieter area with lots of space. Our idea was to come up with a self-contained residential estate that meets the current and future needs of a modern family. After analysing many real estate projects in the market, we realized that most property developers don’t consider homeowners as partners, but just mere customers. And often, you have no say in your house design. What’s more, in some gated communities, the lofty amenities promised are often not delivered. We want to change all that and more. Because without taking care of your needs, the community won’t be worth your dime.

Here at Herencia, we are approaching this with you in mind. And as such, we have thought through every imaginable aspect and detail of a thriving, happy gated community. We want you to live a good life and enjoy the rest of your life in serenity and splendour. The community is located within commuting distance of Nairobi’s central business district, as well as the surrounding bustling urban centres of Juja and Thika. So, it is not too close to city chaos yet far enough to allow you to enjoy the privileges of an exclusive countryside estate.

The community is being constructed in 4 phases. The 1st phase commenced in quarter one, 2023 and consisted of 200 plots. Construction of community infrastructure is ongoing and is financed by the company treasury and a credit facility from National Bank. As a buyer of one or more of our fully serviced 1/8th acre plots, you will be expected to build your home, your way. To this end, you will have the option of choosing one of our nine architectural plans or getting a general building guideline and working with your architect to come up with a custom design. We believe that the variation in structure sizes and styles will give the community a diverse yet cohesive look and feel. Once completed, we will have in management company appointed by Herencia Residents Association. The company will develop community by-laws that will address maintenance and day-to-day operations, among other things.
